The locking of a power load switch or disconnecting switch with a locking device

(1) in the repair and maintenance of the equipment with the load switch or isolation switch as the main power switch, the load switch or isolation switch must be turned off and locked.

(2) the equipment suitable for this energy isolation measure includes packing production line, lathe, automatic plasma cutting machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, automatic plasma arc welding machine, plate winding machine, bending machine, horizontal saw, etc.

(3) for the plate winding machine, plate bending machine, horizontal sawing machine, after the power load switch is locked, it must be hydraulic release.

3· 1.3 power circuit breaker lock (use the circuit breaker lock)

(1) in the repair and maintenance of the equipment with the circuit breaker as the main power switch (if there is no main circuit breaker, the pre-class distribution circuit breaker should be regarded as the main circuit breaker of the equipment), the main circuit breaker must be turned off and locked; When the operator needs to lock the main circuit breaker in the box, please ask the maintenance electrician to open the door and assist in locking.

(2) the equipment applicable to this energy isolation measure includes plate shearing machine, profile bending machine, oil press, hydraulic pipe bender, planer, milling machine, welding line grinding machine, air compressor, cooling machine and water cooling tower

For shearing machine, profile bending machine, hydraulic pressure machine, hydraulic pipe bender, air compressor and cold dryer and other equipment, in the power circuit breaker lock, must be hydraulic or pneumatic release.

(4) maintenance electrician in the maintenance of distribution lines, switches, distribution devices, must close the previous distribution circuit breaker and lock.
