Introduction:
Hypochlorous acid generator is a system which is produced by
electrolysis of tap water through water purification system and is
produced by a special electrolytic cell. The system produce
hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with pH (3.5~8), redox potential (ORP
value +800~1100mv ) and available chlorine (200~500mg/L), also
produce sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with PH (10~12), redox
potential(ORP value -800~900 mv).
Technical principle
Anolyte from anode
The main components of the anolyte are hypochlorous acid(HClO) and
hypochlorite(ClO-), it also contain a small amount of hydrogen
peroxide(H2O2) andhydroxyl groups(-OH). The hypochlorous acid
solution decomposes to form a new ecological oxygen[O]. The new
ecological oxygen has strong oxidative properties and cause
degeneration of proteins and other substances of bacteria and
viruses, thereby killing pathogenic microorganisms
Catholyte from cathode
The main component of catholyte is sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with
10~12 PH, -800~900mv ORP, which can effectively clean and disinfect
the general surface, activate crop growth, or as a coagulation or
flocculant (handling mild heavy metal pollution, or ingesting oily
ingredients in the isolation solution, etc.), even replacing iodine
to clean the wound, or properly adjust pH of liquid, etc.
The advantage of HClO
1.Sterilization: The slightly acidic water(HClO) has low
concentration, high activity, extensive antibacterial and antiviral
activity. It has slight oxidizing ability and high efficient to
kill microorganisms.
2. Safety: low toxicity, no tolerance to bacteria, no harm to human
health.
3. Food related: reduce the rate of decay of food, deodorization
treatment at the food processing industrial.
4. Easy operation: Use salt (NaCl) as electrolyte, diluted brine
into the electrolysis cell to electrolysis, simple and safe for
