About Powder Coating
Powder coating is by far the youngest of the surface finishing techniques in common use today.
Powder coating is the technique of applying dry paint to a part. The final cured coating is the same as a 2-pack wet paint. In normal wet painting such as house paints, the solids are in suspension in a liquid carrier, which must evaporate before the solid paint coating is produced.
In powder coating, the powdered paint may be applied by either of two techniques.

The indoor powder coating is widely applied on various indoor metal
products and metal products which have high demand for corrosion
resistance, flexibility and electrical insulation such as household
appliances, radiator, fitness equipment, industrial equipment,
logistics shelves, oil and gas pipelines,insulating copper/aluminum
bars and wires, etc.

- Powder coatings are based on Resin,Pigments,Curing Agents,Additives.
- Resin(including Epoxy, polyester, hybrid)giving the basic performance to the coating.
- Pigments, Providing the colour and effects, such as metallic or hammer.
- Curing Agents, reacts with the resin to form a continuous protective film.
- Additives, can be used to promote variations in the performance or surface effects.
