A: For customize items, you need to send us the full information, such as material, size, printing, finishing, quantity, packaging ect, so that we can quote the best price for you. If you have sample or artwork that would be better. Pls note that the price will be different according to different quantity.
Q2. How can I get a sample to confirm the quality?
A:1. Free sample
We can provide you a sample free, you just need to pay the express freight.
It’s better if you have a express account, no matter Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS.
2.Customized sample
If you need to Customize a sample, pls send me the artwork of your design. It will charge you about 30USD-100USD for sample fee. This amount can be returned back to you if you place the order. The express freight will be charge to you as well.
Q3. How long can I get the sample?
A: For existence items, I can send you within 2 days at your express account.
Or within 2 days after recipt of your express payment.
For customized sample, it will be sent in 3-7 days after receipt of your sample cost.
Q4. What payment term can we accept?
A: We can accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal or Trade assurance etc.
Q5. Can you do the design for us? Can you apply OEM service?
A: Yes, we can. We have our own design team, we can do the design for you until you are satisfied.

A: Yes, for items in existence, you can place order for any quantity. But if you want to customize your own design, then MOQ is 1000pcs.

A: Yes, you can. That means you customize the item. Just send us the artwork with information details.
Q9. What’s the lead time?
A: Normally, we can finish your order within 10-15 days. It will depand on your quantity.

A. It's 50USD for 1C silk printing 1 side for quantity below 1000pcs, 25USD more for 1C print 2 sides. And it's 100USD for 2C silk printing 1 side, and 50USD more for 2C printing 2 sides.
