1. Application
The line is mainly for producing optical fiber ribbons with six or twelve fibers. It can meet with YD/T979-1998 standard and satisfy the application of optical fiber ribbon cable and other communication products.

2.6 Take-up
2.6.1 Take-up tension

2.6.3 Static release device
It is installed near to the take-up place, and the static electricity should be fully removed to ensure that the colored optical fiber ribbon is not affected by the static electricity

2.7 Pay-off
2.7.1 Pay-off tension
The pay-off tension is stable and adjustment range is 0.7N-1.6N, allowance error is ±0.03N,mechanical type control.
2.7.2 Static release device
It is installed during the course of pay-off, and the static electricity should be fully removed to ensure that the colored optical fiber ribbon is not affected by the static electricity

2.7.4 Flange diameter range of pay-off reel 150-400mm
2.7.5 Flange width range of pay-off reel 100-300mm

2.8 Material supply system
The jel supply pressure is adjustable and the adjustment range is 0.1Bar-10Bar. The material storage tank capacity is more than 20kg and can be easily disassembled.
2.9 Curing system
The process speed is automatically matches technical speed and the matching coefficient can be set. When abnormal happens, it can automatically slow down or stop according to the state of curing oven. It is with temperature display and overheating temperature alarm, and wit automatically slow down or stop function.
